Privacy Policy

Great Marketing AI LLC (“Great Marketing AI LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Great Sales AI, a sales intelligence platform available at https://greatsales.ai (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. It also explains how data accessed through third-party integrations — including Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — is handled.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to: (a) businesses and individuals who create an account on the Service (“Customers”), (b) end users of those Customers whose data is processed inside the Service (e.g., a contact entered into a Customer’s CRM), and (c) visitors to https://greatsales.ai.

2. Information we collect

From Customers directly

  • Account information: name, email address, business name, role.
  • Authentication identifiers issued by our auth provider (Clerk).
  • Billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Content Customers upload or create — call transcripts, contacts, deals, notes, email and SMS messages, settings, and API credentials.

From connected integrations

When a Customer connects a third-party service to the Service, we receive data from that service on the Customer’s behalf. Integrations currently supported include Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google (Gmail, Calendar, Ads), Stripe, Twilio, Apollo, Instantly, GoHighLevel, Resend, Fathom, and Anthropic / OpenAI for AI processing.

From Meta specifically, we may receive:

  • The connecting user’s Meta user ID, name, and email.
  • List of Ad Accounts, Pages, and Businesses the user has access to.
  • Ad campaign, ad set, ad, and performance metrics for Ad Accounts the user selects.
  • Lead Ad form submissions (name, email, phone, custom field answers) submitted by end users on the Customer’s Meta Pages.
  • Page metadata and the access tokens required to read this information.

We only request the scopes needed for the integration to work: ads_management, business_management, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata, pages_manage_ads, and leads_retrieval.

Automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
  • Product-usage events used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate users and enforce data isolation between Customer organizations.
  • To deliver AI-generated analyses (call scoring, deal scoring, advisor responses) for the Customer that submitted the data. AI prompts and outputs are processed by Anthropic and/or OpenAI under their respective data-processing terms.
  • To send transactional and product-related communications.
  • To detect abuse, debug errors, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Meta-derived data for advertising to the individuals it describes, and we do not combine Meta data with data from other Customers to build cross-customer profiles.

4. How we share information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who run our infrastructure under contractual confidentiality obligations: Supabase (database & storage), Vercel (hosting), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS/voice), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI inference), and the integration providers a Customer has connected.
  • Other users in the same Customer organization, as the Service is multi-user by design.
  • Authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Data retention

We retain Customer data for the lifetime of the account plus a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are revoked automatically when the Customer disconnects the integration or deletes the account. Workflow and email-log retention defaults are documented inside the application.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access to production systems, organization-level data isolation in the database, and encrypted storage of third-party OAuth tokens. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities to support@greatsales.ai.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., the EEA, UK, California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@greatsales.ai. If your data was provided to us by one of our Customers, we will route your request to that Customer, who is the data controller.

8. Meta / Facebook data deletion

You can disconnect Meta from Great Sales AI at any time inside Settings → Integrations → Meta → Disconnect. Disconnecting revokes the stored access tokens, stops further data ingestion, and deletes the Meta-issued credentials from our database within 30 days. To request full deletion of your Meta-derived data outside the app, email support@greatsales.ai with the subject “Meta Data Deletion” and include the Meta user ID or the email address used to connect. We will confirm completion within 30 days.

9. International transfers

The Service is hosted in the United States. By using the Service you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest version.
