This page explains how to delete data Great Sales AI holds about you, including data we access on your behalf through Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) via the Marketing API and Lead Ads integration. For the full description of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
The fastest way to remove your data is to do it yourself from within your Great Sales AI workspace:
- Sign in at greatsales.ai.
- Open Settings → Integrations → Meta and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes the stored Meta access token, stops further data ingestion from Meta, and removes Meta-issued credentials from our database.
- To delete your entire account and all associated workspace data, open Settings → Account → Delete account (or email us — see Option 2). Deleted accounts and their data are purged from our active systems within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email request
If you no longer have access to your account, or you want a records-style deletion confirmation, email us:
Subject: Meta Data Deletion Request
Include:
- The Meta user ID and/or the email address you used to connect Meta to Great Sales AI.
- (Optional) Your Great Sales AI workspace name or organization ID.
- Whether you want to delete only Meta-derived data, or your full Great Sales AI account.
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may ask follow-up questions before processing the request.
Option 3 — Remove the app inside Facebook
You can also revoke Great Sales AI’s access directly from your Meta account:
- Go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find Great Sales AI in the list of connected apps and click Remove.
- In the dialog, check “Delete all posts, photos and videos that Great Sales AI may have posted on your timeline” if shown.
Removing the app at Meta invalidates the access token. To also purge data already stored in our database, follow Option 1 or 2.
What gets deleted
- Meta OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest).
- Stored references to your Meta user ID, Ad Accounts, Pages, and Businesses connected to your workspace.
- Cached ad-performance data and Lead Ads form submissions ingested under your connection.
- (Full account deletion only) All Customer Data, including contacts, deals, calls, messages, and settings inside the workspace.
What we may retain
We may retain a minimal set of records when required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, or to enforce our agreements. Retained records are kept only for as long as the obligation requires and are not used for any other purpose.
